Inclusive Economic Growth and Employment – Pathways to Prosperity Delegate
Sakshi is a Chartered Management Consultant, known for her work at the intersection of psychology, policy, and practice. With over a decade of experience, she has advised governments, multilateral institutions, and private sector leaders on embedding resilience and sustainability in organizational systems—particularly across emerging markets. Her work spans ESG governance, climate finance, and leadership capacity building, with a strong track record in sectors like aviation, energy, and infrastructure.
She has led cross-border market strategies, including India–UK collaboration in clean energy and aviation, and delivered resilience programmes across Sub-Saharan Africa.
An advocate for inclusive development, Sakshi also founded Project LEAP, a global youth initiative on education and livelihoods that sustained 100% volunteer retention over four years.
Sakshi is the recipient of the Chair’s Award for Excellence in Psychology from the Association for Business Psychology in London, and the prestigious Diana Award, in recognition of her leadership and sustained impact in youth development.
AI, Digital Innovation, Education, and the Future of Work – Innovate to Elevate
Michael is policy professional currently studying at Peking University as a Yenching Scholar. Prior to moving to China, Michael worked in education-focused policy think tank researching and writing about students' views of various issues from health and wellbeing to students' roles in decision-making in universities. Michael has also worked in a consulting firm and as an independent consultant advising universities on a range of issues.

Climate Change and Environmental Sustainability – Green Horizons Delegate
Karina is a Senior Civil Engineer at COWI, with an interest in sustainable infrastructure development. She served as an Institution of Civil Engineers President’s Future Leader in 2022 and was a finalist for the Best Sustainability Initiative at the NCE Tunnelling Awards. Most recently, Karina worked with Bridges to Prosperity, helping to complete a footbridge in Nyarurama, Rwanda, ensuring safe river crossing for 2,550 community members.
Karina is interested in innovative approaches to address climate change, with a particular focus on promoting global cooperation and social inclusion. She is eager to connect with young people worldwide to discuss policies that will create a fair and liveable future for everyone.

NAEHA GANGER
Meaningful Youth Engagement and Reforming Multilateralism – For a Just Future Delegate
Having graduated from the University of Manchester’s law school, Naeha currently works as a civil servant within HMRC. She is a magistrate within the crime division, has studied in France and volunteered in Sri Lanka with a charity.
Naeha is bilingual and dedicated to social justice which is reflected in her volunteering at Manchester University’s justice hub, a homeless shelter and the Employment Tribunal Litigants In Person Support Scheme.
As a youth board member for Chester Zoo and a youth council member for the Lancashire, Manchester and Merseyside wildlife trust Naeha is passionate about facilitating change for generations to come.
KATY BAKER
Inclusive Social Development and Fighting Inequality – Leaving No One Behind Delegate
Katy is a Consultant at the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative, where she works with the global finance sector to accelerate action on climate change, halt and reverse nature loss, and advance social inclusion through just and equitable finance.
With a background in climate activism, youth engagement, and education, Katy is a committed voice within the ecosystem of environmental justice, inclusive development, and intergenerational equity. She also works with Indigenous Peoples, local communities, and human rights defenders, advocating for rights-based approaches and systemic change that prioritise those most affected by environmental and social injustice.
She has participated in high-level dialogues including the UNFCCC and CBD COPs, contributed policy recommendations to the G20 Brazil, and engages in UN youth forums. Katy is passionate about ensuring that global decisions reflect the realities of young people and marginalized communities - and looks forward to bringing UK youth voices to the forefront of the G20’s efforts in leaving no one behind.
